We had a wonderful time at the Clonmel Park Hotel for Millie christening. It couldn't have gone any better. The staff were brilliant and the food was excellent, we couldn't fault it. For any further events we will definitely consider the Clonmel Park as a venue.
I just wanted to take a moment out of my extremely busy schedule & reflect on my experience in your hotel over the weekend.I was pleased with the efficiency & courtesy of your staff....it truly was service with a smile. Food was delicious & all were satisfied with same. Entertainment was also very good. Just Johnny on Sat night in the front bar was excellent.All in all I was extremely happy with your hotel. Sincere thanks to you and your team for hosting the first Sarah Dillon Memorial. Special thanks to Mandy for all her help on Saturday and to Rachel for all her help on Sunday.Both made us feel very much at home and really helped create a fantastic atmosphere for the event.The Leisure Centre was also great and my only regret is that more people didn't realise they could use it for a very modest charge.For those of us who stayed overnight, the rooms were wonderful and the food and service in the restaurant was excellent.The service in the bar was also excellent - with staff ready to take orders at tables and to deliver trays even when drink was ordered at the bar.Hopefully the event will really take off in years to come and that we'll bring you even more business as a result.If you continue to operate to the standards we saw over the weekend then we could be hard-pressed to get in but that'll be our problem and a great reflection on you and your team.
