‘’Putting You First’’ – Reservation Stage

·         The first part of your journey is at booking or reservation stage, this process will take a little longer than normal

·         You will receive full confirmation of the hotel’s newly amended procedures as part of your booking confirmation

·         These newly adapted procedures will be reinforced with a short video to help explain all of the hotel’s procedures

 

·         You will also be advised to book your meal times in advance to arrival, for breakfast, lunch and dinners

 

 ‘’Putting You First’’ – Checking-In

·         Sanitising stations will be located at the hotel entrance for your comfort & safety

·         Visible markings will guide you safely through the hotel lobby and our colleagues will observe social distancing whilst checking you in through a plexi-glass partition

·         We would request that just one person from your party checks in at reception to collect room keys and then proceed to your guest bedroom

·         We would encourage prepayment upon arrival where possible

·         We request that only one guest room occupy the guest lift at any one time
