Aqua Aerobics is a non-impact water based activity. It is highly recommend for people with joint or muscular pain or anyone who wants a great low impact workout to hit all those hard to tone areas. This makes water aerobics an ideal activity for those with arthritis, back problems, foot or leg injuries, and knee conditions.
