‘’Putting You First’’ – Checking-Out

·         We encourage all payments to be made prior to check-out and suggest pre-payment at check-in where possible

·         On the day of Check-Out, you will find a final bill for your stay left under your bedroom door for your convenience

·         Please contact guest services by dialling ‘0’ for payment options, in order to settle your bill directly over the phone and from the comfort of your bedroom

·         We request that only one guest room occupy the guest lift at any one time

·         We encourage use of the stairs, where we suggest keeping to the left-hand side as you descend

·         Upon departure we kindly ask that you leave your bedroom swipe keys in your room where upon check-out these will be sanitised and recycled by our accommodation team
