Booking of Classes: 

  • You must ring on the morning of the class to book your place (leaving a voice mail does not guarantee your place in the class) 
  • Names will not be taken before 8am for morning classes & 8.30am for evening classes
  • You must arrive 10 minutes before class with water and a towel
  • If you fail to turn up to a class without cancelling your place you will be barred from classes for a week
  • Classes are subject to change or cancellation
  • Classes require 5 or more to go ahead
